Here at The Garden City Quartet, we have thought long and hard and prayed about the direction the Lord is leading us. So this is our mission statement. To see the vision forward we've found ourselves having to look to the past. Looking back to the days when a group came to your church it was a special event. More than just a concert or just entertainment. More than just a day for the pastor to have a day off. Back to the days when a group came they were there to ministry. To minister in every way including bringing a spirit filled concert at the best of their God given abilities. But then it was so much more. They brought a spirit of revival with them. Some groups even came and stayed several days during revivals, camp meeting and tent meetings. Crusades were a common place to find these groups. One other common place for them was at the altar praying with anyone who would seek the Lord. They would go anywhere the Lord would lead them without once asking for a ticket to be purchased to get in. They were not concerned about finding a main stage somewhere or gaining national exposure in some festival. They weren't concerned about reach some chart with a song or recognition in a magazine. The only chart they were ever concerned about was the Lords chart, The Lambs Book Of Life.
That's our mission. To bring the revival atmosphere back into gospel music with the goal being the main goal, Salvation. along with that to bring you the highest quality music and ministry program that has been in churches in years.
